BT Broadband
BT broadband is one of the more expensive providers. What%u2019s worse is you still have to pay line rental which is amazing when you think Tiscali have incorporated line rental into the £15 cost. Most people would think that if any company should provide this it would be BT itself.
Ignoring the cost though the service itself matches up with others like Eclipse with a better fair usage policy than Tiscali. You also get to go straight to your own home page and not have to go through some program like AOL. If it wasn%u2019t for the cost this would be my second choice for broadband, especially if they did something with the line rental.
I suppose another advantage is the area it covers, with some providers such as SKY they tell you that free broadband is available but as soon as you check there is nothing available. In the area I live this seems to be a regular story though. I live in the UK but so far the area I live hasn%u2019t got Sky broadband, NTL, Telewest or Virgin media.
On the whole BT are quite good and wouldn%u2019t be a bad choice for anyone, most call centres seem to employ people who speak English well and seem quite helpful. This would be a safe choice if you still have line rental with BT and want your bills all from the same people.
